Meet Jackie!
Jackie has been the proud owner of Krainin Real Estate & Rentals since 2022. Originally from Northern Maine—also known as “The County”—she has called Raymond, ME home since 1998. With over a decade of experience in the real estate and rental industries, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2012, she has loved connecting with clients and ensuring their real estate journey is seamless and rewarding.

A :: Yolked Farm to Table in Windham—I love their Lemon Chicken entrée!

A :: Boating on Sebago Lake—it’s the best way to enjoy Maine’s beautiful summers!
Meagan Griffeth
Vice President of Operations & Rentals
Meet Meagan!
A Raymond, ME native, Meagan’s roots run deep in the Lakes Region. Before joining Krainin in 2023, she worked as a dental hygienist for three years, but her family’s business and love for the industry inspired her to take a new path. Licensed since 2021, she’s immersed herself in all aspects of real estate and helps in every department—including long-term rentals, short-term rentals, real estate sales, and property management. She’s also a landlord herself, giving her firsthand experience in the rental market.
Beyond real estate, Meagan loves traveling and cherishes family vacations—experiences that make her work even more rewarding.
Fun fact: She spent 12 years as a dedicated dancer and once dreamed of owning her own studio!

A :: Ancora in Bridgton—I love their pasta and the cozy atmosphere!

A :: Skiing in the winter and boating in the summer—I love making the most of every season in Maine!
Lakin Conner
Vacation Rental Operations Manager
Meet Lakin!
Originally from Winthrop, ME, Lakin is our dedicated Vacation Rental Operations Manager. She finds immense joy in helping families discover their ideal vacation spots and loves hearing about the cherished memories and traditions created during their getaways. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable rental experience is her top priority!
Fun fact: Her name is pronounced LAKE-IN—inspired by a character from the Santa Barbara soap opera!
Q :: What is your favorite local restaurant?
A :: Queen’s Head Pub in Bridgton—I love the atmosphere and their chicken truffle fries are amazing!
Q :: What is your favorite outdoor activity?
A :: Hiking! Exploring Maine’s beautiful trails is one of my favorite ways to spend time outdoors.
Hannah Jackson
Cleaning Coordinator
Meet Hannah!
Hannah is our Cleaning Coordinator, overseeing Krainin’s linens program and managing the cleaning schedules for our rental properties. She also coordinates and supports our cleaning teams, helping to ensure every turnover runs smoothly and efficiently.
Her journey with Krainin started years ago as a renter on Moose Pond, later joining the team as a cleaner before stepping into her current role. With seven years of customer service and retail experience, Hannah brings excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills to the job.
Fun fact: Hannah has been creating art for more than half her life!
Q :: What is your favorite local restaurant?
A :: Angelone’s in Westbrook — a simple classic I’ve loved since growing up here. I also can’t resist the Crème Brûlée French Toast at Black Horse Tavern!
Q :: What is your favorite outdoor activity?
A :: Hiking, especially when the trail leads to a waterfall. There’s something peaceful about finding those hidden spots in nature.
Richard Micks
Property Maintenance
Meet Richard!
Richard is our go-to expert for property maintenance, always ready to tackle repairs and keep everything running smoothly! Originally from New Jersey, he now splits his time between Cape Cod and Maine. For the past two years, he has been a valuable part of the Krainin team, assisting property owners, tenants, renters, and colleagues alike. His dedication and friendly attitude make him a true asset to our team!
Fun fact: Richard has a fear of snakes—big snakes, small snakes, all snakes. Let’s hope we don’t get any snake calls!
Q :: What is your favorite local restaurant?
A :: A La Mexicana in Bridgton—he and his wife love going there for dinner on their snowmobiles!
Q :: What is your favorite outdoor activity?
A :: Snowmobiling! He enjoys riding the trails and across the frozen lakes, taking in the beautiful Maine scenery.
