Krainin Real Estate's vacation rental service is the largest in the Sebago Lake Region, with more than 300 properties available, and five friendly, knowledgeable rental agents to help you choose the one that suits your family best. Our mission is to provide you with the very best service and information available! Amy, Kathy, Robyn and Jeff work as a team to help you choose the best cottage for your needs and guide you through the booking process. If you like, you can start with our Rental Request application form. It takes only 5 minutes to complete, and gives our agents the information they need to offer you possibilities for that perfect Maine summer vacation! (There is no charge or obligation for a Possibilities Search, and your contact information will never be shared or sold.) We will email you back with a choice of cottages within 24 hours (or fax or regular mail, if you wish).

If you prefer to "do it yourself," you will find a variety of convenient, logical ways to view our listings in our unique "table" format, and you should be able to identify several possibilities before contacting us to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.

We use a "table" format to be sure that you don't miss any options that would work for you. With tables, you can be sure you are seeing all the listings available for your group size and time frame. Complete details are provided for every vacation property, including 9 inside/outside color photos on each full-page brochure. Because of our specialized format, the brochures load quickly.

You can view our listings several ways -- by Lake, by Town, by Cottage Size -- Larger Rentals for groups of 10 or more, or Cozy One-Bedrooms for smaller families; or look at 100 available Pet Friendly properties, so Felix and Fido can come along, too! You can also choose by Lake Size -- larger lakes, such as Sebago Lake, Frye Island, Long Lake & Brandy Pond, Little Sebago & Thompson Lakes); or Smaller Lakes, such as Panther Pond, Thomas Pond, Moose Pd, etc.

You can also view by Geographic area -- for lakes in towns that are
East of Sebago Lake (Raymond, Gray, Windham, Poland, New Gloucester);
South of Sebago Lk (Cornish, Limerick, Limington, Parsonsfield, Standish);
West of (Baldwin, Brownfield, Denmark, Fryeburg, Hiram, Porter, Sebago);
North of (Naples, Casco, Bridgton, Otisfield, Harrison, Sweden); and also
Farther North of Sebago Lake (Oxford, Norway...). This arrangement of data also coordinates with the groupings on our Sales (IDX) pages and the sub-areas on SebagoLakeRegion.com.

You can also view by Price -- $1000 per week & Under, $1000 - $1250, $1250 - $1500, $1500 - $2000, $2000 - $3000 & $3000 & Up.

Browse the Data side of the tables for properties that meet your size, budget or other needs, or the Availability side when timeframe is your most important consideration. We post Cancellations, Specials, and New Listings periodically through the season, and a Rental Quickcheck page in season, which shows exactly what is available for each summer week (when you absolutely have to have a last-minute summer getaway!).

In the tables, rental cottages are sorted by the number of occupants permitted, and show the most important facts on each property (Rates, Occupancy, whether Pets are allowed, etc.), with a convenient link to the property brochure.

Either way, in order to assist you, we will need the same information as that requested on the Rental Request Form, so please be prepared to answer those questions. Then we can run a Possibilities Search and send you a list of cottages to consider.
