Prices for Knights Hill properties will range from $150,00 for a small ranch or chalet to the $500,000 level for larger homes or homes with private lake frontage. The lots are typically 100'x200'. This system was recently upgraded to include a second drilled well and an emergency power generator. Police, fire and hospital services are within minutes from your door. Deed restrictions cover the type of dwelling which can be constructed, and business which may be conducted on the property. Knights Hill is designed to be a single-family residential community. Owners are responsible for tenants' conforming to these restrictions.
